Fabulous food, great delivery via Slice app. I don't eat out much and there are many nearby Pizzerias. I came across Pronto Pizza one night in the rain. I have been sold ever since.

My refrigerator is not working and I am waiting for parts. Everything I have ordered thus far has been superior. I am a good home cook and rather critical when it comes to food.

I give Pronto Pizza my highest rating. I would give it ten stars!

We have always loved ordering delivery from here. But the last 2 orders were not good. The delivery guy keeps showing up with cold pizza. Obviously they do not use insulated containers for delivery orders. Pronto please fix this!!!!

The delivery I just got has made Pronto officially the worst I've ever eaten. The zucchini sticks were burnt and you can just tell the fryer hasn't been cleaned ever.  Cold pizza with nearly rancid bacon.  Never again will I order from them.  Try TKO Chicken folks, way way better.

Done and done!!!! You know what i actually loved this pizzeria, but i am absolutely disgusted right now.

Placed an order on grub hub at 8:40pm. Pronto called 2 times to confirm extra pricing for food which we agreed too. Delivery was supposed to be between 9 and 9:55pm.

Contacted pronto at  9:45 and 9:48 which the knowledge that they would be closing at 10 trying to give them courtesy. The girl said the food was on its way and out for delivery. currently 10:24 and still no order! Mind you we ordered $70 worth of food. We contacted them again at 10:19 and were switched to the owner. The owner asked for the order to be repeated and his response was "he said he remembered taking the order and sending it out, but we had a crazy busy night. Plus the delivery guy is probably at home right now and you should call grub hub". Luckily grub hub refunded the order.

Sorry bad business move delivery guy probably is home eating our food. they should have not only delivered the $70 order and not played games, but they should have contacted grub hub. I've been a customer here for years and will no longer be placing orders here. Be very careful when ordering!!!!!!

The Groupon "deal" is a scam.

I've been to Pronto a few times and the pizza isn't bad. So when I saw a Groupon deal ($11 for a large 16-inch pie, worth $21), I didn't even think twice about buying it.

I called to place an order for a "large 16-inch pie" and this is how that dialogue went:

Me: Hi, can I place an order for a large 16-inch pie?
Girl with attitude problem: Is this the Groupon deal?
    Me: Yes
Girl with attitude problem: What do you want?
Me: Can I have half a veggie and half...
Girl with attitude problem: You can't order any of the special pies. You can order it with toppings but each topping is an additional $2
Me: But the deal says it's worth $21
Girl with attitude problem: It's only for cheese pies and you'll have to pay for the additional toppings. It just doesn't say it in the fine print but that's how the deal works.
Me (resisting with all my might to not give a attitude back because I didn't want a loogie in my pie and my Groupon was expiring soon): That's fine.

So bottom line, it seems like they don't like the Groupons, and just make up their own rules for it. Because nowhere in the deal did it say any of the rules she told me. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't have bought it. It seems like they only put the Groupon deal out there to trap customers.

What a terrible experience! I used to come here occasionally but I won't be coming here anymore.
